Greg is experienced in teaching several different types of Yoga and can recommend a programme to provide maximum benefits to the individual

Astanga Vinyasa
Otherwise known as Vinyasa Yoga very powerful and dynamic way of practicing, combining breath and movement, great for building strength as well as flexibility, not recommended for beginners.

Hatha
Literally meaning sun and Moon. A balanced approach of active and passive postures with pranayama (breath work) and some times chanting.

Sivananda
Includes several breathing techniques as well as 12 core asanas (postures)
Greg trained as a Yoga teacher in India and uses a unique approach to tailor this ancient art to the individual. He draws on a range of Yoga styles from the passive Yin style to the dynamic Astanga, making sure it easily accessible to people of all ages and abilities.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga Following his intensive training with Sarah Powers, Greg combines this powerfully therapeutic practice with the ‘Yang’ aspects of strong asana work.
