Greg draws on a variety of yoga styles to provide a customised programme to meet the particular abilities, aims and objectives of each individual participating on a course. He can provide classes at a time that is convenient to clients including, early morning, lunch time or after work and having classes conducted on your premises means no travel time!

The focus is on relaxation and stress management, whilst ensuring enough structural bodywork is done to see an increase in flexibility, stamina and strength. By the end of the class students should feel more relaxed as well as energised. Greg’s integrative training enables him to work sensitively and competently with a wide range of abilities in a class. Yoga is a comprehensive system for promoting personal development and facilitating individuals to move beyond perceived current mind/body limitations. He actively encourages students to explore their limitations with openness and curiosity, releasing into each posture and breath.
