Those who have attended Greg's
workshops before will know that these extended sessions give students
the opportunity to develop and deepen their understanding of different
aspects of Yoga. The workshop will bring focus on finding inner balance
through the combination of Yin and Yang aspects of Yoga practice. This
approach to Yoga recognises the internal and external aspects of
ourselves by combining soft passive postures with the stronger more
conscious asana work that is more commonly practised.
During the 4 hour session we
will focus on an extended Yin practice followed by an extended Yang
Practice with discussion breaks, chanting and breath work.
